Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by MAYLON .I HAN80N AND KAREN HANSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trUStar, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as 'T'rustee, far the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA <br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated MARCH <br />1, 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska <br />as Document No. 200202494, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in <br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its <br />endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
