200500275- <br />ATTACHMENT "A" <br />A tract of land comprising part of Fractional Lot One (1) , in <br />Fractional Block Nineteen (19), part of Lots Four (4) and Five <br />(5), Block Twenty (20), and that part of vacated Evans Street <br />adjacent thereto, all being in Evans Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particllarly <br />described as follows: First, to ascertain the point of <br />beginning, start at the point of intersection of the <br />northeasterly Union Pacific Railroad right of way line with <br />the south line of 4th Street; thence N 900 00' 00" E (assumed <br />bearing) along and upon the south line of 4th Street, a <br />distance Fifty and Seventy -Six Hundredths (50.76) feet to the <br />ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing N 900 00' 00" E, <br />along and upon the last described course, a distance of One <br />Hundred Eighty -Four (184.0) feet to the northeasterly corner <br />of said Lot Four (4), Block Twenty (20) ; thence S 000 48' 34" <br />W along and upon the northeasterly line of said Lot Four (4) <br />a distance of One Hundred Twenty -Two and Four Tenths (122.40) <br />feet; thence N 890 10' 28" W a distance of 187.39 feet to a <br />point 50 feet distant easterly measured radially from said <br />railroad right of way line thence. <br />t\D b) L0 + I I �, VAP-41 v SA <br />
