TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECON VEYANCE

<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: `se,
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />_ ALAN R DAVIS A SINGLE PERSON, to Arend R Haack, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JUNE 18, 2004 and recorded J NEE 25
<br />2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />200406325 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary mined therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said'frust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE SOUTH EIGHTY -NINE AND FIVE TENTHS FEET (S 89.5') OF LOT TEN (10) BLOCK
<br />SEVENTY -THREE (73) WHEELER AND BENINETT'S THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
