<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank,. a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the 
<br />Trust Deed dated February 3, 1999 and executed by Lungrin's, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, as Truster, 
<br />in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as 
<br />Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #99- 102025 in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, 
<br />Nebraska dated February 25, 1999 and 
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bards, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a 
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: 
<br />The Westerly two -third (2/3) or Forty Four (44) feet of Lot Four (4), Block Sixty Five (65), of 
<br />the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska 
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; 
<br />NOW TIIEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Decd of Trust, 
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally 
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. 
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand 
<br />Island, Nebraska this 6`s day of January, 2005.
