<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by Cooney Properties, Inc, a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, to TierOue Book, successor to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK (by merger), Trustee for the benefit of
<br />TierOne Bank, successor to UMTED NEBRASKA BANK (by merger), the Beneficiary named therein, dated February
<br />28, 2004 and June 16, 2003 and Wrorded March 4, 2003 and June 18, 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instruments No. 0200302601 and 200307672 in the Trust Deed Records of said Comity has been paid
<br />and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary maned
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
