Grim, a single person, in which Five Points <br />Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, retarded as Instrument #0200903198 an the 29th day of <br />April, 2009, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Eight (8), Island Acres No. 9 Subdivision in the City of Grand.
