<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Brian P.
<br />Schardt and Libby D. Schardt, Husband and Wife to Nebraska National Bank, Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Nebraska National Bank, the beneficiary named therein, dated November 17, 2004
<br />and filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of: Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />#2004 -11274 on November 19, 2004 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that his Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />and release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only
<br />as to such premises:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Two (2), Ponderosa Lake Estates Fifth Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
