On this date, he is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, and is now Vice - President of
<br />Benjamin & Associates, Inc., Engineers and Surveyors, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />2. Affiant further states that on March 25, 2004, he competed a survey of "PLEASANT VIEW
<br />THIRTEENTH SUBDIVISION", in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a plat thereof being on record at
<br />the Register of Deeds Office located in the Hall County Administration Building.
<br />Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the plat of "PLEASANT VIEW THIRTEENTH
<br />SUBDIVISION ", and has discovered an error on SHEET 2 OF 2 in the twenty fifty line from the bottom
<br />of the "LEGAL DESCRIPTION" portion on the plat pertaining to a bearing.
<br />4. Affiant further states that the twenty fifth line from the bottom of the "LEGAL DESCRIPTION" portion
<br />on SHEET 2 OF 2 of the plat shall now read "on the south line of South Street; thence N90 °00'00 "E,
<br />along and upon the south line of said South Street and also ", in lieu of "on the south line of South Street;
<br />thence N00 °00'00 "E, along and upon the south line of said South Street and also ", being erroneous, null
<br />and void.
