<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />TIMOTHY W LESSIG AND DEBRA J LESSIG HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R

<br />Instrument 200206609 has been paid and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Recwnveynaw be executed and delivered:
