Uzendoski, each a single person, as Trustors on November 21, 2005, in which Lang Beach Mortgage Company, was named as Benefi_ci_ar~~. Said Deed of Tfust was filed for record on November 22, 2005 in Instrument No. 200511583 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Trust 2006-1 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation far which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. Xou are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor may make payment to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association of the amount needed to bring this obligation current.
