Manfull and Sandra R. Uzendoski, each a single person, as <br />Trustors on November 21, 2005, in which Lang Beach Mortgage <br />Company, was named as Benefi_ci_ar~~. Said Deed of Tfust was filed <br />for record on November 22, 2005 in Instrument No. 200511583 in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said <br />Deed of Trust was assigned to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, <br />as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Trust 2006-1 and recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation far <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. Xou are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the <br />date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor <br />may make payment to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association of <br />the amount needed to bring this obligation current.
