DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deeds execute
<br />Bradley R. Arends and Shree Arends. Husband and Wife to UNION BANK & TRUST
<br />COMPANY for the benefit of UNION BANK & TRUST COMPANY, the Beneficiary named

<br />and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
