<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 2 0 0 9 0 4 9 3 2
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />James C. Bishop and Nanelle S. Bishop, husband and wife, Trustor, to Pathway
<br />Bank, a Nebraska Baralcing Corporation; Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated April
<br />28, 2008 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said
<br />Deed of Trust being recorded May 6, 2008 as Instrument Number 200803845 of the
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of
<br />$15,080.40, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby recanvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follow:
<br />The East Thirty-one (31) Feet of Lot Eleven (11), and all of Lot Twelve (12), in Block
<br />Three (3), in Parkhill Subdivision, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. Tax Map Parcel ID No. 400073560
