<br />Whereas, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />CHARLENE R. FILA, unmarried to FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE
<br />COMPANY, Trustee, for the benefit of ENCORE CREDIT CORP. the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated June 13, 2003 and recorded July 23, 2003 in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200309426 has been partially paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
