<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: o
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />BONNIE J BROWN, aka BONNIE J CAMERON AND BARRY D BROWN, WIFE AND
<br />HUSBAND
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />JUNE 21, 2002 and recorded JUNE 28, 2002 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF
<br />DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #0200206893 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered; ALSO A DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 22,
<br />2003 AND RECORDED DECEMBER 31, 2003 AS DOC # 0200316604;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises
<br />THE EASTERLY EIGHT AND A HALF (E 8 ' /2) FEET OF LOT SEVEN (7) AND THE
<br />WESTERLY THIRTY -NINE (W 39) FEET OF LOT EIGHT (8), IN BLOCK SIX (6), OF CHARLES
<br />WASMER' S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
