<br />2 0 0 5 0 015 SEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this day of January,
<br />2005, by Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, rustee, and is with
<br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein NAFCO NE Federal Credit Union is
<br />Beneficiary, and Frederick Behrle and Suzanne Behrle, husband and
<br />wife, are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue, Attorney, is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on December 24, 2003, and
<br />filed as Instrument No. 0200316413 in the Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, conveying to Trustee, Trustee's successors or assigns, a
<br />certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows,
<br />to -wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising the Westerly 187 Feet of the
<br />Northerly 465.88 Feet of the Northwest Quarter of the North-
<br />west Quarter (NW1 /4 NW1 /4) of said Section Three (3), Township
<br />eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustor.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining
