<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Paints Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated January 18, 2002, executed by Ivan I,. Bilslend and Mary S. Bilslend, ~ ~
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, ~~.
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Instrument #200200873 on the 23rd day of January, 2002, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />All of the Southwest Quarter (SW'/a) and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W%zSE'/) of Section
<br />Fifteen (15) Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the brh P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with all wells, pumps, motors or engines, gear heads and equipment located an and used to
<br />irrigate said premises, which items are declared to be a part of the deeded. premises and appurtenant to
<br />said real estate.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
