<br />llEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Paints Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated February 24, 1998, executed by Ivan L. Bilslend and Mary S. Bilslend,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, ~ p~
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Instrument #98-101795 on the 2nd day of March, 1998, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as 'T'rustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />All of the Southwest Quarter (SW%) and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W'/ZSE1/) of Section
<br />Fifteen (15), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6"' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to recanvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of "Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Neb~this 21st day of May, 2009.
