<br />_ DE ED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated February 17, 1993, executed by Ivan L. Bilslend and Mary S. Bilslend, ~
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as 'T'rustee, ~ d
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Instrument #93-101341 on the 22nd day of February, 1993, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />A11 of the Southwest Quarter (SW'/)and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W'/aSE'/} of Section
<br />Fifteen (15), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6"' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 21st day of May, 2009.
