Whereas, William E. Langdon, has been appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust
<br />dated May 2, 2000 from trustor(s) Gary E. McKoski and Kathleen K. Michel for the benefit
<br />of First Union Home Equity Bank, N.A., now known as Wachovia Bank of Delaware,
<br />N.A. Deed of Trust was recorded May 10, 2000 as Inst. No. 0200003797 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
<br />property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
