Brodigan, as husband and wife, as Trustors, <br />did on or about March 29, 2002, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, <br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />The Southerly Fifty Four and Seven Tenths (54.7) feet of Lot Four (4), in Block <br />Ten (10), in Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Major Mortgage, Beneficiary of said Deed of <br />Trust which was recorded on March 29, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 0200203441. <br />On or about March 29, 2002, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest <br />in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
