Goakey, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about December 20, 1994, <br />make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein <br />said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot Thirteen (13) and the North Six Feet (6') of Lot Twelve (12), in Block One (1), <br />in Riefs Addition to Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary of said Deed <br />of Trust which was recorded on December 20, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 94- 110085. <br />On or about December 20, 1994, Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
