Public sanitary sewer main is not available to the subdivision; <br />therefore individual systems shall be permissible on an initial basis. However, the Subdivider waives <br />the right to protest the creation of a sanitary sewer district within or abutting the subdivision. <br />4. Septic Field Utility Easement. A One Hundred and Four-Four foot by forty foot <br />(144' x 40') utility easement five feet (5') west of the east property line and five feet (5') south of <br />the north property line of Lot 3 is dedicated with this plat for the purpose of providing space for a <br />septic field and reserve septic field for any structure built upon the lot. A One Hundred and Thirty <br />One foot by forty foot (131' x 40') sanitary utility five feet (S') east of the west property line and <br />five feet (5') south of the north property line of Lot 4 is dedicated with this plat for the purpose of <br />providing space for a septic field and reserve septic field for any structure built upon the lot.
