<br />office of the county recorder of HALL County, State of Nebraska.
<br />Legal Description: THE NORTHERLY 40 FEET OF LOT 5 IN BLOCK 127 IN KOENIG
<br />AND WI EBE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL CNTY, NE
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Flagstar Bank, FSB
<br />Hereby substitutes and appoints themselves as Trustee in lieu of the above Trustee,
<br />under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Whereas said SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE, pursuant to the request of said owner and holder
