O <br />o A rr-n o v <br />O <br />CC) <br />W CD <br />W Cn <br />C!� Z <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT Q <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this. 0 day DECEMBER, 2004, by <br />and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />JAY W WOODEN AND ELIZABETH G WOODEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />hereinafter referred to as `Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />THE NORTHERLY FIFTY -SIX (56) FEET OF LOT TEN (10), BLOCK SIX (6), RUSSEL <br />WHEELER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF: <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated FEBRUARY 18, 2004, and filed for record on_ <br />FEBRUARY 18, 2004, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA as DOCUMENT # 0200401448, <br />AND also secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT 187 IN BLOCK 1, IN KOEHLER PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />Which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated FEBRUARY 18. 2004 and filed for record on <br />FEBRUARY 18, 2004, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA as DOCUMENT # 0200401449, <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of JULY 1. 2004. <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO FEBRUARY 1, 2005. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described <br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the date first <br />noted above. <br />M <br />
