Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, <br />dated MAY 16, 1997 , and recorded MAY 19.1997 , in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 97- 103862 regarding the real <br />estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance.
