<br />agreements, guarantees, certificates of title, financing statements, compliance documents, appraisals, title insurance
<br />policies and other title reports executed and delivered in connection with the Mortgage. This Assignment is made in
<br />connection with that certain Master Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Mortgages (the "Agreement ") by and between
<br />the Assignor and the Assignee.
