TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Paul E. Sullivan and Amanda I. Sullivan, husband and wife, Trustor, to Pathway
<br />Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated April 6,
<br />2009 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said
<br />Deed of Trust being recorded April 15, 2009 as Instrument Number 200902788 of the
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of
<br />$25,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follow:
<br />Lot One (1), Sullivan Subdivision, According to the plat recorded April 30, 2003 as
<br />Instrument #2003- 05373, records of Hall County, Nebraska.
