<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 200904693
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Paul E. Sullivan and Amanda 1. Sullivan, husband and wife, Trustor, to Pathway
<br />Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated May 5,
<br />2007 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said
<br />Deed of Trust being recorded May 15, 2007 as Instrument Number 200703946 of the
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of
<br />$46,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without. warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follow:
<br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (E % NE 1/4 NW 1/4) of
<br />Section Thirty -five (35), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6eh P.M.,
<br />Hall County Nebraska
