Young, a rnernber <br />of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor", pursuant ~ <br />to the power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust Recorded on December 12, 2003 as c <br />Instrument No. 2003-15988 in the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />1-~a11 County, Nebraska, and. Aurora Loan Services, LLC, hereinafter called "Grantee": <br />WHEREAS, on March 9, 2009, Thomas J. Young, as Successor Trustee, executed a <br />Notice of Default pursuant to which notice was given to Jesus E. Medrano and Maria Medrano, <br />Husband and. Wife, Trustor(s), under that certain Deed of Trust .Recorded on December 12, 2003 <br />as Instrument No. 2003-15988, in the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain premises described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 40, Russell Wheeler's Addition, to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed lead occurred, and <br />setting forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold property to <br />satisfy the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska on Recorded on March 16, 2009, as Instrument # 200901884 of the <br />Miscellaneous records of said County. <br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice <br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008 R.R.S. Nebraska. <br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on April 27, 2009, Grantor caused to be published in <br />Grand Island. Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, a <br />Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the <br />described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or <br />cashier's check in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska at 10:00AM on June 08, 2009.
