Norden and Lenora M. Norden, husband and wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 20, <br />2004 as Instrument No. 0200405042, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, <br />to-wit: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Four (4), Wilson's Subdivision, situated in the <br />Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine <br />(9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska; more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the Easterly right-of--way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad, <br />said point being Thirty-three and Three Hundredths (33.03) feet North of the South line of <br />Section Three (3); thence Northerly along said Railroad right-of--way line, a distance of One <br />Hundred Eight and Twelve Hundredths (108.12) feet; thence Easterly parallel to the South <br />line of said Section Three (3); a distance of One Hundred Two and Fifty-six Hundredths <br />(102.56) feet; thence deflecting right 89°44'30" and running Southerly a distance of One <br />Hundred Eight (108.0) feet, to a point Thirty-three (33.0) feet North of the South line of said <br />Section Three (3); thence Westerly parallel to the South line of said Section Three (3), a <br />distance of Ninety-eight (98.0) feet to the place of beginning; AND a tract of land <br />comprising part of Lot Four (4), Wilson's Subdivision, in part of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (SE1/4SW1/4) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, mare particularly described as <br />follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot Four (4), also being a point on the <br />Easterly right-of--way line, a distance of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence Northerly along <br />said right-of--way line, a distance of Thirty-three and Three Hundredths (33.03) feet, thence <br />Easterly parallel to the South line of said Section Three (3), a distance of Ninety-eight (98.0) <br />feet; thence deflecting right Ninety Degrees (90°); thence Southerly parallel to said railroad <br />right-of way line, a distance of Thirty-three and Three Hundredths (33.03) feet to the South <br />line of Section Three (3); thence Westerly along South line of Section Three (3), a distance <br />of Ninety-eight (98.0) feet to the place of beginning, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due. On account of such breach, pursuant to said Deed of Trust the Assignee <br />Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has elected to sell or cause to be sold such trust property to satisfy said <br />indebtedness. <br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notify the undersigned in writing that you dispute <br />the debt or any portion thereof within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice. If you notify the <br />undersigned in writing within this time period, we will mail you a verification of the debt. In addition, if the <br />original creditor is different from the above-named creditor, the name and address of the original creditor will <br />be provided to you if you request this information in writing from the undersigned within thirty (30) days <br />from your receipt of this notice.
