<br />as Instrument 200707060 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
