<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ~
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 15, 2007 executed by Annabelle Marsh, not personally
<br />but as Trustee on behalf of Annabelle Marsh Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated (~ ~
<br />September 11, 1999, As Amended, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #200705088, on the 18th day of June, 2007, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Paints Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />SUITE #2810, PINEWOOD CONDOMINIUM IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grind Island, Nebraska, this 8th day of June, 2009.
