DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Justin R Pekarek and Megan L Pekarek, as
<br />Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 7th
<br />day of May 2008, and recorded on the 29th day of May 2008, as Instrument no.
<br />0200804613 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, have
<br />both been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,
<br />in and to the foliowing- described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-
<br />1001):
<br />Lot Seven (7), Hoffman Second Subdivision, an Addition to the Village of
<br />Doniphan, Hall County, Nebrakka
