<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by that certain Deed of Trust executed by
<br />AMBER RA'TERMAN and NA'T'HAN RATERMAN, wife and husband, Trustors, to OLD REPUBLIC
<br />NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, as Trustee, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
<br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as Beneficiary, dated January 16, 2007, and recorded January 16,
<br />2007, as Instrument No. 2007-00404 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid. Said
<br />Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION
<br />SYSTEMS, INC. to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated March 11, 2009, and filed for
<br />record on March 25, 2009, as Instrument No. 2009-021.61 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GREGORY L. GALLLES was appointed Successor Trustee by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee executed
<br />Apri131, 2009, and recorded April 15, 2009, as Instrument No. 2009-02791.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of said payment and of the surrender of said Deed of Trust
<br />and the Note or Notessecured thereby for cancellation, and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the person or persons entitled. thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee by said Deed of Trust in
<br />the following described premises:
<br />The South Forty-Eight (48) feet and Four (4) inches of the West One-Half
<br />(W I /2) of Lot Seven (7), in Vantine's Subdivision of Part of the Northwest
