<br />certain Deed of Trust dated May 1, 2002., and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on May 1, 2002, as Instrument No. 2002-O~f 733, wherein Johnson and
<br />Johnson, Inc., is Trustor, James S. Reed and Precious A. Reed, husband and wife, is Beneficiary,
<br />and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, is Trustee, covering the following described
<br />property, to-wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section
<br />Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6`n P.M.,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of
<br />said Northwest Quarter, said point being Two Hundred Forty Five (245.0) feet
<br />North of the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence running
<br />Northerly along the west line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of One
<br />Hundred Forty Five (145) feet; thence running Easterly and parallel to the South
<br />line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of Three Hundred (300) feet; thence
<br />Southerly and parallel to the West line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of
<br />One Hundred Forty Five (145) feet; thence running Westerly and parallel to the
<br />South line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of Three Hundred (300) feet to
<br />the point of beginning, in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />does hereby remove Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, as Trustee thereunder and does
<br />hereby appoint and substitute Gary D. Byrne, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association,
<br />P.O. Box 929, North Platte, Nebraska, 69103-0929, as Trustee thereunder.
