<br />Eric Hostetler and Kimberly Hostetler, husband and wife, GRANTORS, do hereby quitclaim, ~ sa
<br />grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto Aron Hostetler and Patricia A. Hostetler, husband and wife,
<br />GRANTEES, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, and nat as tenants in common, for One
<br />Dollar ($1.p0) and other good and valuable consideration, the following described real property in

<br />February 9, 1981, as document number 81-000575, said excepted real estate
<br />deeded to Norman S_ Mieth and Shen-i L. Mieth as above set forth being more
