Fuss, Trustee of the <br />Wilbur A. Fuss Living Revocable Trust and Elaine E. Fuss, Trustee of the Elaine E. Fuss <br />Living Revocable Trust, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Adam D. Grupe and Heather L.
