Depue, Successor Trustee, and states that: ~~~ <br />1. He is Successor Trustee under the Trust deed recorded in <br />the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. <br />200206830. <br />2. That Baltazar Palma-Ambariz and Gloria Palma-Ambriz, <br />husband and wife, are the Trustors under the said Trust Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Sank of Clarks <br />as Trustee under the aforementioned Trust Deed as security on a <br />note payable to Bank of Clarks. <br />4. The legal description of the said real property is as <br />follows, to-wit: <br />Lot Two (2), Faustian 2n.d Subdivision, in the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />A breach of an obligation secured by the Trust property has <br />occurred and the Beneficiary and Trustee have elected to sell or <br />cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation, to- <br />wit: failure to pay note installments. <br />After the lapse of not less than one month, if the default has <br />not been cured, the Trustee is entitled to give Notice of Sale <br />according to law. <br />This Notice of Default is being recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds as provided by law. <br />Dated this .~ day of ~~,..~ .~ - 20 <br />RONALD S.
