Uden, <br />whose address is 4021 Sandlewood Drive; Grand Island, Nebraska, and Debra C. Uden whose <br />address is 3919 Meadow Way Trail; Grand Island, Nebraska (herein "Trustors"); and Shannon L. <br />Doering, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, (herein "Trustee"); and Universal <br />Surety Company, whose mailing address is 601 South 12'" Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68508, <br />(herein "Beneficiary"). This Deed of Trust is made and delivered pursuant to the provisions of <br />the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act. <br />FOR TWENTY-ONE DOLLARS ($21.00) AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE <br />CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Trustors irrevocably grant, <br />transfer, convey and assign to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE for the benefit <br />and security of Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms and conditions of this Trust Deed, all <br />of the real property and improvements, including everything appurtenant thereto, located upon <br />and within the described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot 3, Slock 4, Sammertield Estates 1st Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Unit Twenty Six (26), in Westwood Park I Condominiums, a Condominium in the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING PERFORMANCE OF THE FOLLOWING: <br />(a) Trustors have executed and delivered an Indemnity Agreement dated the 20~" day of <br />June, 2008, under the terms of which said Trustors have agreed to indemnify Universal Surety <br />Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska and <br />authorized by the laws of the State of Nebraska to write surety bonds therein, and to hold <br />Universal Surety Company (hereinafter sometimes called "Surety") harmless from any and all <br />demands, liabilities, agreed losses, damages, or expenses of every kind, which it shall at any time <br />sustained or incur by reason, or in consequence of, having executed or procured the execution of <br />a surety bond or bonds, fully described in said Indemnity Agreement which is made a part of this <br />Trust Deed by reference and fully incorporated as if set forth in its entirety herein, and said <br />Trustors have further agreed, upon the request of Surety, to procure the Surety's discharge from <br />liability under bonds issued pursuant to the Indemnity Agreement and Trustors have made other <br />
