Brabander, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the BARBARA M. EXCEPT: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE'/a) of Section Twelve (12), <br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6~' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a paint on the East line of said <br />SE'/4, said point being Eight Hundred Eighty Seven (887.0) feet South of the Northeast <br />corner of said SE'/4, thence running Southerly along and upon the East line of said SE'/a, a <br />distance of Four Hundred Sixty Three (463.0) feet; thence deflecting right 90°00' and <br />running Westerly , a distance of Three Hundred Thirty Four (334.0) feet; thence deflecting <br />right 90°00' and running Northerly a distance of Four Hundred Sixty Three (463.0) feet, <br />thence deflecting right 90°00' and running Easterly, a distance of Three Hundred Thirty <br />Four (334A) feet to the point of beginning and containing 3.55 acres more or less. <br />GRANTORS covenant, jointly and severally (if more than one), with GRANTEES that GRANTORS are <br />lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances, except those of record; has legal <br />power and lawful authority to convey the same; and warrants and will defend title to the real estate against <br />the lawful claims of all persons. <br />EXECUTED this 18~' day of May, 2009. <br />BARRY G.
