Bradley, attorney for Sandra Agurto and being first duly sworn upon oath hereby state and affirm as follows: 1. That John P. Bellamy recorded construction lien No. 0200808210 on September 26, 2008, in the records of the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. 2. That John P. Bellamy recorded construction lien No. 0200808209 on September 26, 2008, in the records of the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. 3. That lien No. 0200808209 was recorded against Lot 4, Bellamy's First Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska and lien No. 0200808210 was recorded against Lot 2, Bellamy's First Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. 4. That on January 22, 2009, this affiant sent a letter through the U.S. Postal service to Jahn P. Bellamy in care of his attorney, Galen Stehlik, attorney at law, at P.O. Box 400, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68802-0400. (See attached letter). 5. That the letter dated January 22, 2009, was received by attorney Galen Stehlik on January 23, 2009 and was mailed to John P. Bellamy an January 23, 2009 to his address by his attorney Galen Stehlik, and that Mr. Stehlik later met with John P. Bellamy concerning the subject matter of the January 22, 20091etter as well as the Nebraska Construction Lien Act and specifically, section 52-140 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes. 6. That the information contained in Paragraph 5 as stated was received from Galen Stehlik, Attorney at Law, in a meeting at his office on May 11, 2009. 7.
