Galindo, a single person, was identified as Trustar; <br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustor of the obligations contained in <br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and <br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the <br />Nebraska 'I"rust Deeds Act; <br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the <br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and <br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, BRANDON S.
