<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated August 11, 2008, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall ~
<br />Caunty, Nebraska, August 14, 2008 as Instrument No. 0200807039 of the Hall County Register ~-~
<br />of Deeds Books, wherein Katie R. Galindo, a single person, was identified as Trustar;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustor of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska 'I"rust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, BRANDON S. CONNICK, Trustee under a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated August 11, 2008, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on August 14, 2008, at Instrument No. 0200807039, herein called the Grantor, for and
<br />in consideration of the sum of Sixty One Thousand Sixty-Six and 11/100 Dallars ($61,066.11),
<br />as credit against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder
<br />of the beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confXrm unto COMPETI"1"1VE MORTGAGE, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, herein
<br />called the Grantee, the following-described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK FORTY-SEVEN (47), RUSSEL WHEELER'S
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
