<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Scott K. Kvols, It's authorized officer, Plnnacle Bank as trustee under
<br />the Trust Deed dated 7-29-2005 and recorded on 8-05-2005 executed by McNelis Development, L.L.C.; a Nebraska
<br />Limited Liability Company and MelDor, L.L.C. a Nebraska Limited Liability Company ; as trustors in which Pinnacle
<br />Bank is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and recorded as Document No. 200507603; in the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust
<br />Deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed, the said bank
<br />by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, namely; McNelis Development, L.L.C.; a Nebraska Limited Liability Company and Meibor, L.L.C. a
<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company ; the estate now held by it thereunder, to-wit:
