Christensen, ((1 <br /> husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, <br /> which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as <br /> Instrument #0200604420 on the 19th day of May, 2006, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described. in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />The North Twenty-Seven (27) Feet of Lot Seventy-Three (73), and all of Lat Seventy-Four (74), in West <br />Lawn, in the City of Grand.
