<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Timothy
<br />R., Thomas W., & Joseph P. O'Neill, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated October 15, 2000, and ~'ecorded
<br />November 21, 2000, Instrument Number 0200010175 in the office of the Hall County Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:

<br />SW '/4 SE '/4), the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (S '/2 N W '/a SW '/4 SE '/4) all in Section Twenty-One (21), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6`'' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom tracts of land
<br />more particularly described in Deed recorded in Book 99, Page 682 and Quitclaim Deed
<br />recorded in Book 137, Page 225 and Warranty Deed recorded in Book 144, Page 204 and
<br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 78-000393.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises.
