<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Timothy
<br />R. O'Neill and Miki O'Neill, Husband and Wife, Thomas W. O'Neill and Jill O'Neill, Husband
<br />and Wife, and Joseph P. O'Neill, an unmarried person, Borrower, to HERITAGE SANK,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated October 15,
<br />2000, and recorded October 27, 2000, Instrument Number 0200009327 in the office of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
<br />The West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (W % NW '/4 SE '/4), the North
<br />Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (N '/2 NW '/a
<br />SW '/4 SE '/4), the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW '/4
<br />SW '/a SE '/4), the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (S %a NW'/4 SW'/a SE'/a) all in Section Twenty-One (21), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6~' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom tracts of land
<br />more particularly described in Deed recorded in' Book 99, Page 682 and Quitclaim Deed
<br />recorded in Book 137, Page 225 and Warranty Deed recorded in Book 144, Page 204 and
<br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 78-000393.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises.
