THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Timothy
<br />R. O'Neill; Thomas W. O'Neill; Joseph P. O'Neill, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated June 21, 2002, and
<br />recorded June 28, 2002, Instrument Number 0200206859 in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
