Dohmen and Mary L. <br />Dohmen, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bazgain, sell, convey and confirm unto Jonathan P. Niebuhr and Kay L.
