<br />The undersigned, Midwest Housing Initiatives, Inc., for valuable consideration from Woodland Park
<br />Townhomes II, LLC, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby transfer, assign, and set over to
<br />Horizon Bank, all of the undersigned's right, title and interest in and to the Trust Deed dated May 14, 2009,
<br />filed as Instrument Number O~? Op9o~/®~~~, in which the undersigned is the Beneficiary, Midwest Housing
<br />Initiatives, Inc. is the Trustee and Woodland Park Townhomes II, LLC is the Trustor. Said Trust Deed is
<br />relating to the real estate described as:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Block One (1), Woodland Park Eighth
<br />Subdivision Final Plat, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), Block One (1), Woodland Park Ninth Subdivision Final
<br />Plat, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), Block Three (3), Woodland Park Eighth Subdivision
<br />Final Plat, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Assignment is to the Trust Deed and all rights and beneficial interest thereunder and to the
<br />underlying indebtedness thereon. Horizon Bank shall be entitled to receive all payments due under the
<br />indebtedness secured by the above-referenced Trust Deed.
