Op9o~/®~~~, in which the undersigned is the Beneficiary, Midwest Housing <br />Initiatives, Inc. is the Trustee and Woodland Park Townhomes II, LLC is the Trustor. Said Trust Deed is <br />relating to the real estate described as: <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Block One (1), Woodland Park Eighth <br />Subdivision Final Plat, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), Block One (1), Woodland Park Ninth Subdivision Final <br />Plat, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), Block Three (3), Woodland Park Eighth Subdivision <br />Final Plat, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This Assignment is to the Trust Deed and all rights and beneficial interest thereunder and to the <br />underlying indebtedness thereon.
