a <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 18TH day of MAY, 2009 by /a 3 <br />and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />ROGER G ANDREWS AND SHIRLEY J ANDREWS, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT NINE (9) BLOCK ONE (1) IN PARKHILL SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated JULY 31, 2000 filed for record on _ AUGUST 4, 2000 in <br />the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA in DOCUMENT #0200006318; and an EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED <br />JANUARY 31, 2001 AND RECORDED FEBRUARY 1, 2001 AS DOC # 0200100760; AN <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 26, 2001, RECORDED MAY 3, 2001 AS DOC # <br />0200104049; A DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 26, 2001, <br />RECORDED MAY 3, 2001 AS DOC #0200104048; <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO MAY 1, 2019. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
